KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — One person was injured in a rollover crash on Monday afternoon.
The crash was reported at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Farm-to-Market (FM) 2578 — north of U.S. Highway 175 and west of Kaufman. The truck involved in the crash overturned and came to a rest on its wheels in a pasture.
Police say one person was transported to an area hospital with what were described as minor injuries.
The crash occurred on an area of the roadway undergoing construction and was covered with loose gravel — as indicated by construction signs. No other damage was reported.
