KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — Weather permitting, on Friday, October 9, 2015, State Highway (SH) 34 and Farm-to-Market (FM) 1388 will be on one-way operation from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the area of the new SH 34 bypass construction.
KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — Weather permitting, on Friday, October 9, 2015, State Highway (SH) 34 and Farm-to-Market (FM) 1388 will be on one-way operation from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the area of the new SH 34 bypass construction.
SH 34 will be on one-way operation from Kings Creek bridge to 3,000 feet east of the bridge. FM 1388 will be one-way operation from 4090 FM 1388 to Buckingham Lane.
Flaggers and rumble strips will be in the area of the one-way operation. “Each road will be reduced to one lane and traffic will be flagged through, one direction at a time,” stated Texas Department of Transportation spokesperson Michelle Releford.
“Expect delays,” stated Releford. “Motorists are urged to use caution while driving through the work zone.”
