DALLAS COUNTY, Texas — No injuries were reported following a single-vehicle rollover accident on U.S. Highway 80 Sunday morning, February 1, 2015, under wet road conditions.
The accident occurred around 6:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 80 in Dallas County approximately 100 yards west of the Dallas-Kaufman County line. The vehicle overturned and came to a rest on its driver side in between the highway and the south frontage road.
The Forney Fire Department and Forney Police Department initially responded to the accident but were later disregarded by the Sunnyvale Fire Department and the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver of the vehicle was checked by Sunnyvale EMS and released at the scene.
