FORNEY, Texas — A three-vehicle accident on westbound U.S. Highway 80 caused delays through Forney mid-day Thursday.
The accident was reported just after 12:22 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2015, on westbound U.S. Highway 80 just before the Farm-to-Market (FM) 460 exit ramp. The accident occurred on a bridge and has forced the closure of the right lane.
The Forney Fire Department and Forney Police Department responded to the accident.
No injuries were reported but one citation was issued. A wrecker removed two vehicles and the accident was cleared at 12:53 p.m.
