TERRELL, Texas — The Terrell High School girls soccer team took home a regional semifinal championship with a 1-0 victory over Palestine earlier today at Tyler ISD’s Rose Stadium in the UIL 4A Region II semifinal.
TERRELL, Texas — The Terrell High School girls soccer team took home a regional semifinal championship with a 1-0 victory over Palestine earlier today at Tyler ISD’s Rose Stadium in the UIL 4A Region II semifinal.
The Tigers will advance to the regional finals, the 5th round of the playoffs, for a chance at the state championship round.
The Tigers will face-off against Athens tomorrow at 11 a.m. in Tyler.
Terrell’s Genesis Nunez scored the lone goal of the match with approximately 17 minutes remaining of play in the 1st half.
There will be a fan bus leaving Terrell Terrell High School at 9 a.m. tomorrow. Seats are $2 per person.
Tickets at the game are $7 for adults and $4 for students.
