FORNEY, Texas — Meraki, a new development north of Forney, has been planned, and renderings have been released.
The seven-phase development will come with 2,761 new homes and many amenities. Located off Calvert and 548, the development will feature two amenity centers, two lakes, multiple parks, and a wastewater treatment facility next to Brushy Creek.
The development is owned by Tellus Group, LLC, a company based out of Prosper. The company has developments in Celina, Prosper, Fredericksburg, and one in Hesperia, California. Included with the architectural renderings is a Forney ISD Elementary School.
The development will come to fruition in the spring of 2025.
