The crash was reported at approximately 5:05 a.m. on the eastbound Spur 557 exit ramp to Farm-to-Market (FM) 148.
The vehicle overturned and came to a rest on its roof in the median, according to witnesses.
Firefighters are performing extrication of at least one individual.
A CareFlite helicopter is inbound.
The eastbound service road at the exit is closed.
