CRANDALL, Texas — The Crandall Independent School District’s (ISD) Back the Blue campaign raised $6,000 for local police departments.
Crandall ISD hosted the Crandall Police Department and Combine Police Department during the Crandall vs. Midlothian Heritage football game at Pirate Stadium on Friday night, September 16, 2016, for “Back the Blue” night.
A shirt campaign raised $6,000 —$3,000 for each department—and checks were presented to Crandall Police Department Chief Dean Winters and Combine Police Department Chief Jack Gilbert on the field.
