The project, with an estimated cost of $4.8 million, will involve ground-up construction of a single-story fitness club. The scope of work includes both the exterior shell and the interior build-out of the facility, which is located at 172 Trailhouse Lane, Forney, TX 75126. The location will be near Kohl's and Outback, close to Kroger.
This new Crunch Fitness location is part of a larger effort to enhance the amenities available in the Forney area, providing residents with additional options for health and fitness.
The owner of the property is Forney Marketplace, located at 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd, Ste. 700, Dallas, Texas 75219. The project is being designed by Phillips Partnership, based in Atlanta, Georgia.
