TALTY, Texas — Westbound Interstate 20 is experiencing delays Thursday morning due to a jackknifed 18-wheeler.

TALTY, Texas — Westbound Interstate 20 is experiencing delays Thursday morning due to a jackknifed 18-wheeler.

At approximately 6:30 a.m., the 18-wheeler was traveling eastbound on Interstate 20 when, amid heavy rainfall, it crossed the center median, jackknifed, and struck the cable barrier just before the Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 exit.

The 18-wheeler came to a rest partially in the left lane of westbound Interstate 20 which resulted in its closure.

No injuries were reported.

This wreck is expected to impact traffic through the morning rush hour as crews work to free the 18-wheeler from the cable barrier and get it back on the highway.
