FORNEY, Texas — The railroad crossing at South Bois D'Arc Road in downtown Forney will be closed for several hours as crews conduct emergency repairs, according to the City of Forney.
The crossing is expected to be closed for four to five hours and expected to be reopened by 5 p.m., according to the city.
Its unknown if today's repairs are related to railroad crossing malfunctions in recent weeks.
Drivers are being redirected to the Elm Street and Center Street crossings.
