FORNEY, Texas — An elderly woman suffered an apparent medical emergency and crashed into a Forney home on Tuesday.
The accident was reported at approximately 4:35 p.m. in the 100 block of Redbud Drive.
The elderly woman reportedly suffered a medical emergency while driving and veered into the side of the home in the 100 block of Redbud Drive which resulted in front-end damage to the vehicle and damage to the home’s brick facade and electrical and utility service boxes.
An Oncor crew was dispatched to the scene.
The woman’s current condition is unknown but she was alert and conscious while being treated by medical personnel on scene.
