The woman who became entrapped was extricated by firefighters and later transported by ground ambulance to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, with what were described as non-life threatening injuries. Another person was also transported alongside her, also with non-life threatening injuries.

A third person sought medical examination on scene but was ultimately not transported.
