Forney Animal Shelter Pet of the Week - Bluey
Meet Bluey: Forney Animal Shelter's Longest Resident
Meet Bluey, the heartwarming canine who has been at the Forney Animal Shelter for 92 days. While many of his furry friends have already found their forever homes, Bluey remains hopeful and ready to bring joy and laughter into someone’s life. With his charming personality and infectious energy, he’s truly a pup that you won’t want to miss.
A Perfect Family Companion
Bluey is not just another dog; he is a playful and affectionate companion who thrives on human interaction. Fully vetted and potty trained, he gets along well with both children and other dogs, making him the perfect addition to any home. Approximately 2-3 years old, Bluey is believed to be a mix of Husky and Pitbull, bringing together the best of both breeds.
Overcoming Challenges
Currently, Bluey is Heartworm positive, but there’s good news—his treatment is fully covered. Thanks to a generous sponsor, Bluey’s adoption fee has been waived, allowing potential adopters to focus on what truly matters: giving him the loving home he deserves.
