FORNEY, Texas — The Forney Fire Department extinguished a vehicle fire on Monday evening.
The fire was reported just before 6:30 p.m. in the driveway of a residence in the 10000 block of Terra Circle.
The truck was unoccupied at the time of the fire and a neighbor kept the fire at bay from further damaging nearby property with a water hose. Firefighters arrived on scene and extinguished the fire with the use of foam.
No injuries were reported.
The Kaufman County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the fire.
