FORNEY, Texas — A Forney man was seriously injured Saturday night following a motorcycle crash in the Waco area.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:20 p.m. on State Highway (SH) 31 near Riley Road in the Axtell, Texas, area northeast of Waco.
Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. D.L. Wilson tells KWTX the motorcyclist, a 34-year-old man from Forney, Texas, turned in front of a pickup truck traveling eastbound on SH 31.
The motorcyclist, who's name has not been released, was airlifted to an area hospital in serious condition.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
