FORNEY, Texas — Four people were injured in a major two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Farm-to-Market (FM) 548 and FM 741 on Tuesday night.
The crash was reported just after 9 p.m. at the intersection of FM 548 and FM 741. An SUV suffered major front-end damage and a truck suffered damage to the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Four people were taken to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, by two CareFlite ambulances. One person was described as having suffered serious injuries.
The Forney Police Department is investigating the crash. Two vehicles were towed from the scene.
Westbound FM 741 was closed at the intersection while emergency personnel were on scene. It has since been reopened.
