CRANDALL, Texas — A GoFundMe account has been established for the family of a Crandall woman who was tragically killed in a head-on collision on Tuesday night.
CRANDALL, Texas — A GoFundMe account has been established for the family of a Crandall woman who was tragically killed in a head-on collision on Tuesday night.
36-year-old Kelly Jones of Crandall was killed when a wrong-way driver, with his headlights off, struck Jones’ pickup truck head-on Tuesday night. Jones’ daughter and her daughter’s friend were also injured in the crash with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.
Jones leaves behind her husband, Troy, and two daughters, according to a GoFundMe account established to benefit the family.
“She was a beautiful person, both inside & out, with a smile to match!” states the GoFundMe account. “Her friendly, outgoing personality gained her many friends in & around Crandall.”
The Texas Department of Public Safety is continuing to investigate the crash.
