FORNEY, Texas — A large water main break in Forney is affecting area businesses, restaurants, and homes Friday afternoon.
Around 12:45 p.m., a large water main break was reported on Kroger Drive, according to the City of Forney.
City of Forney Public Works Department crews are on scene. A portion of Kroger Drive is closed as a result of the water main break.
“Homes and businesses in the area may have low or in some cases no water pressure,” stated the City of Forney.
“We will resolve this issue as soon as possible and update with progress,” the City of Forney stated. “We apologize for any inconvenience.”
