Oncor reports 3,193 customers are affected by the outage.
The estimated restoration time is approximately 2 p.m., according to Oncor.
The Forney Fire Department is responding to a grass fire on the north service road of U.S. Highway 80 near the power lines at County Road 212.
A similar outage affected 3,193 Oncor customers on Thursday and the fire department also responded to a grass fire below a reported blown transformer on the north service road near County Road 212.
