KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — No injuries were reported after a rollover crash Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 80 near the Kaufman-Dallas County line.
At approximately 5:30 a.m., the Sunnyvale Fire Department, Forney Fire Department, Forney Police Department, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, CareFlite, and Sunnyvale EMS responded to the crash on eastbound U.S. Highway 80 just east of Lawson Road and the Kaufman-Dallas County line, within Kaufman County.
A red pickup truck overturned on the highway and came to a rest upright on the right shoulder of the highway. No injuries were reported in the crash.
As of 6:15 a.m., the right lane of U.S. Highway 80 is closed while emergency personnel await a wrecker.
