FORNEY, Texas — No injuries were reported following a rollover crash on the north service road of U.S. Highway 80 early Thursday morning.
Just before 5:30 a.m., a Forney Police Department officer witnessed an overturned vehicle on the north service of U.S. Highway 80 prior to Farm-to-Market (FM) 460 near Beacon Hill Baptist Church.
The vehicle exited westbound U.S. Highway 80, crossed the service road, struck a culvert leading to the church’s parking lot, went airborne and overturned — coming to a rest on its roof.
The driver was observed by EMS and released on scene.
The Forney Fire Department and CareFlite also responded to the crash.
