FORNEY, Texas — One person was airlifted from a crash north of Forney on Sunday afternoon.
A single-vehicle crash was reported just after 2 p.m. on Farm-to-Market (FM) 740 north of Travis Ranch Boulevard.
A person was reportedly ejected from the vehicle and a Careflite medical helicopter was dispatched to the scene.
FM 740 was briefly closed while emergency personnel worked to airlift the injured person to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, in unknown condition.
The Kaufman County Sheriff's Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Forney Fire Department also responded to the scene.
