KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — One person has been airlifted from a rollover crash near the Dallas-Kaufman County line which forced the temporary closure of eastbound U.S. Highway 80.
KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — One person has been airlifted from a rollover crash near the Dallas-Kaufman County line which forced the temporary closure of eastbound U.S. Highway 80.
The highway has since been reopened.
A pickup truck overturned into the median between the south service road and U.S. Highway 80 at Lawson Road.
At approximately 10:08 p.m., CareFlite airlifted one person to a Dallas-area hospital with serious injuries. The highway was reopened a short time later.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash. The Sunnyvale Fire Department and EMS responded.
