FORNEY, Texas — One person was injured Wednesday morning in a head-on collision on Farm-to-Market (FM) 741.

FORNEY, Texas — One person was injured Wednesday morning in a head-on collision on Farm-to-Market (FM) 741.

Multiple agencies were dispatched to the wreck just after 10 a.m. on FM 741 at Interstate 20.

A service van and a passenger vehicle collided and one person was transported by CareFlite ambulance to Baylor, Scott & White in Sunnyvale, Texas.

The Forney Fire Department, Mesquite Fire Department, Mesquite Police Department, Crandall Police Department, and the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash.
