FORNEY, Texas — A portion of County Road 212 will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, June 7, 2017, to finalize asphalt overlay, according to the City of Forney.

FORNEY, Texas — A portion of County Road 212 will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, June 7, 2017, to finalize asphalt overlay, according to the City of Forney.

County Road 212 will be closed from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. between Gateway Boulevard and the city limits of Forney at the Kaufman County line.

According to the City of Forney, the closure will allow the Public Works Department to complete the asphalt overlay.

“We apologize for any inconvenience, but look forward to completing the project,” the City of Forney stated.
