QUINLAN, Texas — The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Quinlan-area man after he was reported missing under suspicious circumstances on Friday night.
QUINLAN, Texas — The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Quinlan-area man after he was reported missing under suspicious circumstances on Friday night.
The man, 70-year-old Michael Chambers, is a retired firefighter and is often seen wearing a Dallas Fire Department t-shirt and hat.
Chambers last spoke to his wife on the phone on Friday, March 10, 2017, at approximately 8 a.m. He was later reported missing at 7 p.m. when the family returned to their home in the 7000 block of Farm-to-Market (FM) 2101 in the Quinlan area approximately 15 miles north of the Kaufman-Hunt County line.
“Deputies searched the residence and based upon evidence at the scene it is believed that Michael Chambers may be in danger,” the department stated Saturday.
Michael Chambers suffers from no medical or mental disabilities, according to the department.
Chambers is described as 6’3”, 225 lbs, and balding with gray hair.
