ATHENS, Texas — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old Athens, Texas, man, according to the Henderson County Sheriff's Office.
ATHENS, Texas — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 78-year-old Athens, Texas, man, according to the Henderson County Sheriff's Office.
78-year-old Johnny Robery Bandy was reported missing from Colonial Drive in Athens. According to the sheriff's office, Bandy left his residence at approximately 1:15 p.m. and was reported missing at approximately 3:42 p.m.
Bandy left the residence driving a white 2010 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab truck with a red magnetic sign on each side of the truck that says “Bandy A/C.”
Bandy was headed to 1800 Patterson Road in Athens but never arrived, according to the department.
"The Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for Bandy and are actively looking for him at this time," stated the department.
