FORNEY, Texas — An SUV crossed the center median in a rollover crash on Interstate 20 on Monday afternoon near Forney and Heartland.
The crash was reported just before 2:30 p.m. on Interstate 20 just east of Farm-to-Market (FM) 741 — south of Forney and north of Heartland.
An SUV traveling eastbound on the highway, for unknown reasons, crossed over the median, overturned several times, and came to a rest on its wheels on the westbound side of the highway.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
The left lanes of both eastbound and westbound are closed while emergency personnel are on scene.
The Forney Fire Department, CareFlite, Forney Police Department, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office, and the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene.
There are no major traffic delays in the area of the crash.
