On Friday, September 29, 2023, at approximately 3:40 a.m., the Terrell Fire Department was dispatched to the Heather Lane/Tiffany Square Townhomes with reports of a three or more units of a two story residential apartment complex on fire.
"First arriving units reported smoke coming from the first and second story," read a statement from the Terrell Fire Department. "TFD performed an aggressive offensive attack as well as a primary search."
The fire was quickly contained and extinguished and no injuries were reported.
Fire officials say three units were damaged.
