On Friday, September 29, 2023, at approximately 3:40 a.m., the Terrell Fire Department was dispatched to the Heather Lane/Tiffany Square Townhomes with reports of a three or more units of a two story residential apartment complex on fire.
"First arriving units reported smoke coming from the first and second story," read a statement from the Terrell Fire Department. "TFD performed an aggressive offensive attack as well as a primary search."
The fire was quickly contained and extinguished and no injuries were reported.
Fire officials say three units were damaged.
"Thank you to Forney FD, TVFD, Red Cross, Kaufman County Fire Marshal’s Office, City of Terrell Fire Marshal’s Office, and Terrell Police Department for your assistance," stated the department.
