KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — The National Weather Service in Fort Worth, Texas, has issued a Tornado Watch for most of North Texas, including Kaufman County, until midnight.
The main hazards tonight are damaging winds and hail but the National Weather Service says, although the tornado threat is low as of a mid-day update, a couple of tornadoes are possible.
Additionally, heavy rain may lead to flash flooding.
Storms are expected to develop late this afternoon and into the overnight hours.
