FORNEY, Texas — Drivers should expect traffic delays on westbound U.S. Highway 80 this morning due to the closure of the Interstate Highway 30 bridges in Rockwall from a crash earlier this morning.
A crash on westbound U.S. Highway 80, just before Farm-to-Market (FM) 460 now has the left lane of the highway closed.
Traffic from the U.S. Highway 80 crash is backed up to Pinson Road. A wrecker is on scene and the crash is expected to be cleared soon.
First responders in Forney were dispatched to the area earlier in the morning for a separate crash, around 6 a.m., which had blocked the right lane.
Additional traffic being diverted from the Rockwall area is causing major delays on FM 740 and Clements Drive.
