CRANDALL, Texas — Two people were injured Saturday evening when their car left the highway and overturned into a daycare parking lot in Crandall.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., the Crandall Fire Department, Crandall Police Department, and CareFlite were dispatched to the 1000 block of East U.S. Highway 175 for an overturned vehicle.
The car was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 175 when it veered off the outside shoulder, crossed the north service road, and overturned into the parking lot of Little Buzz Kingdom Early Development and Child Care Center. The vehicle came to a rest on the passenger side.
Crandall Fire Department Chief Allen Cousins says two adults suffered minor injuries and were transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Kaufman, Texas.
The Crandall Police Department is investigating the crash.
