TALTY, Texas — Two people were injured in a major crash involving an 18-wheeler on Interstate 20 on Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 4 p.m., the Forney Fire Department, Kaufman County Sheriff's Office, CareFlite, and the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to eastbound Interstate 20 just east of Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 for a reported three-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler.
One person was also reportedly entrapped in a vehicle, extricated, and transported to a Dallas-area hospital along with a second patient.
The crash is causing major traffic delays in the area.
