TALTY, Texas — Two people were injured in a t-bone crash at Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 and FM 148 in the Talty area on Wednesday night.
TALTY, Texas — Two people were injured in a t-bone crash at Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 and FM 148 in the Talty area on Wednesday night.
The Forney Fire Department, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office, CareFlite, and the Texas Department of Public Safety were dispatched to the crash just before 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
A small passenger car sustained head-on damage in the crash and a small SUV sustained damaged to the driver side of the vehicle. Wreckers were requested for both vehicles.
One person was transported by CareFlight ambulance to Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and another person was transported by CareFlite ambulance to Baylor, Scott & White in Sunnyvale, Texas.
As of 8:39 p.m., the crash was in the clearing stages with only minor traffic delays.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
