CRANDALL, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting to solicit public comments on the proposed Farm-to-Market (FM) 148 bypass just outside the eastern city limits of Crandall.
CRANDALL, Texas — The Texas Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting to solicit public comments on the proposed Farm-to-Market (FM) 148 bypass just outside the eastern city limits of Crandall.
The proposed bypass will go from FM 148, just south of Countryview Lane, to U.S. Highway 175 — bypassing a four-way stop sign and dogleg near downtown Crandall.
The public meeting will be held on May 23, 2017, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Crandall ISD’s L.F. Raynes Board Room located at 400 West Lewis Street.
“Maps and displays will be available for viewing during the meeting and representatives from TxDOT, Kaufman County, and project staff will be available to answer questions about the proposed project,” states the meeting’s notice.
The meeting will be conducted in an open house format with no formal presentation.
