TERRELL, Texas — After a weeks outage, the Terrell Police Department's non-emergency phone numbers have been restored, the department stated at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom says the non-emergency lines were restored at approxiamtely 3 p.m. on Tuesday after the lines suffered an outage last week. 911 emergency lines were not affected, stated Sansom.
"(972) 551-6622 is and remains the primary non-emergency police department phone number that feeds the secondary lines of (972) 551-6623 and (972) 551-6624," stated Sansom.
"Any of the three numbers may be dialed to reach police communication directly for non emergency calls," he said.
