Various lane closures expected on FM 740 in Heath due to traffic switch, April 14

HEATH, Texas (Texas Department of Transportation) – Weather permitting, traffic will be shifted to new pavement on FM 740 between FM 1140 and FM 550 beginning at 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2017.

There may be various lane closures associated with the traffic switch. The operation is expected to be complete by 3:30 p.m.

The roadway is being widened from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided urban roadway.
