TERRELL, Texas (City of Terrell) — The City of Terrell, Texas, local sponsors of the Cedar Creek Watershed, and the United States Department of Agriculture-Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) have completed the planning process to develop a Supplemental Watershed Plan and Environmental Evaluation for the rehabilitation needs of Floodwater Retarding Structure No. 87A, also known as New Terrell City Lake, which is located just west of the intersection of U.S. Highway 80 and Farm-to-Market Road 2728 near Elmo, Texas.
