Terrell plans annexation of over 1,000 acres along Interstate 20, schedules public hearings

TERRELL, Texas — The City of Terrell is planning to annex more than 1,000 acres of land along and south of Interstate 20 and has schedule two public hearings in October. A “preventative” measure to discourage negative land uses and to expand the local tax base, according to officials.
