Arboretum Estates development planned In Terrell ETJ

TERRELL, Texas — Dallas Developer Mehrdad Moayedi has a new development planned in Terrell’s ETJ off Las Lomas and Interstate 20.

The plan calls for approximately 2,390 homes to be built on 584 acres of land. The development includes 18 acres of retail space, 177 acres of industrial space, 35 acres of multi-family dwellings, and 39 acres of arboretum space.

Also included in the development are 18 acres for school and civic purposes, 18 acres for an open amenity area, and 136 acres to be devoted to a nature preserve.

Mehrdad Moayedi is the President & CEO of Centurion American based out of Dallas. With dozens of developments across the metroplex, Moayedi has two specific developments in Kaufman County, Cartwright Ranch in Crandall and Travis Ranch in Forney.
