The Forney location showcases the brand's state-of-the-art 2.0 design, featuring a backyard plantation-style shed, mounted surfboards, and artwork that celebrates Hawaiian lifestyle and culture.
Mo' Bettahs prides itself on immersing guests in island culture by serving authentic Hawaiian-style food made from the finest ingredients. The menu includes Hawaiian staples like the renowned plate lunch with a choice of meat — grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken, or shrimp tempura — complemented by the brand's unique macaroni salad and steamed rice.
Mo' Bettahs was founded in Bountiful, Utah in 2008 by Kimo and Kalani Mack. The brothers aimed to provide guests with an authentic Hawaiian island barbecue experience, reminiscent of their upbringing in Oahu, Hawaii. Since partnering with the Savory Restaurant Fund, Mo' Bettahs has expanded to 46 locations across Utah, Idaho, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, and Kansas, with plans for further expansion in the coming months and years. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout, and catering services.
