FORNEY, Texas โ€” A juvenile, who was one of four people charged in the capital murder of a Forney man in November 2015, has been indicted and certified to stand trial as an adult.

A third adult was also indicted in the case after two others were indicted in April which brings the total number of individuals indicted in the case to four.

On November 28, 2015, George Moss was found shot to death on his front porch in the 3200 block of Clear Springs Drive in the Windmill Farms neighborhood. Police say Moss suffered a single gunshot wound to the back of the head.

In April, 18-year-old Henre Davis, and 18-year-old Deion Young, both of Dallas, Texas, were indicted by a Kaufman County grand jury for capital murder. Last week, 24-year-old Jarvis Kimble, also of Dallas, Texas, was also indicted for capital murder.

The juvenile, identified as 16-year-old Robert Deprieste Grayson, Jr., underwent a certification hearing in Kaufman County where it was determined he would stand trial as an adult and was subsequently indicted by the grand jury at a later date.

According to an arrest affidavit, the four had intended to burglarized Mossโ€™ home, which was picked at random. Moss was home alone at the time of the incident while his wife was Christmas shopping.

All four are set to be heard before 86th District Court Judge Casey Blair.
