FORNEY, Texas – Forney Independent School District (ISD) Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Aidan Odle, a North Forney High School student, was recognized yesterday for his accomplishments at the Cadet Staff Leadership Course earlier this year.
FORNEY, Texas – Forney Independent School District (ISD) Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Aidan Odle, a North Forney High School student, was recognized yesterday for his accomplishments at the Cadet Staff Leadership Course earlier this year.
Odle becomes the third consecutive Forney ISD cadet to receive the top award — The Bronze Patrick Henry Award.
The Bronze Patrick Henry Award was presented to Odle for his performance at the Cadet Staff Leadership Course at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, in June in which Odle finished in the top ten percentage of attending cadets.
Odle was presented the award at the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW) Luncheon which was held October 4, 2016, at the Park Place City Club in downtown Dallas.
