FORNEY, Texas — Forney ISD will host three Kindergarten Round-Up Sessions for families who will have children starting kindergarten during the 2015-2016 school year. The first session will be held on Thursday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the second session will also be held on Thursday, March 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The third session will be held on Friday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The first session will be held on Thursday, March 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the second session will also be held on Thursday, March 26 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The third session will be held on Friday, March 27 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All three sessions will be held at the Forney ISD Central Administration Building located at 600 S. Bois D’Arc in Forney. Parents will only need to attend one of the three sessions to enroll their child in kindergarten in Forney ISD for the 2015-2016 school year.
Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2015 to enroll in kindergarten for the 2015-2016 school year. Parents who wish to enroll their child in kindergarten must bring the following documents with them to the Kindergarten Round-Up meeting.
Required Documents
1. Child’s certified birth certificate
2. Child’s shot records
3. Proof of residency
Current utility bill (Gas, Electric or Water Bill)
AND
A lease or a settlement agreement or a current mortgage statement
4. Copy of the parent’s current driver’s license
5. Child’s Social Security Card
