FORNEY, Texas — The Forney Independent School District (ISD) will host STEAMfest on Monday, August 14, 2017.
STEAMfest, which is free and open to the public, will be held at Forney High School from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
“STEAMfest is a fun and exciting event that includes a number of events and activities that involve Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math. (S.T.E.A.M.),” stated the district.
“Some of the displays, events and activities that will take place at STEAMfest include Escape the Bus, Perot Museum Nanotechnology, Cardboard City, Green Screen Magic, Robo Maze, Slime Time, Lego Creations, Makerspace, Water Balloon Slingshot and much, much more!,” the district stated.
