SCURRY, Texas – The Scurry-Rosser ISD will release students early on September 9, 2014, due to scheduled water line maintenance. The district also announced a new notification system.
The district will release students at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, to perform the water line maintenance.
The district also announced they will no longer use FlashAlert as their district emergency notification system. Instead, the district is switching to Notify Me.

Notification categories include: Emergency notifications; high school boys athletics; high school girls athletics; middle school boys athletics; middle school girls athletics; and student notifications based on graduation year.
