Breaking- Jury Sentences Nicholas Longoria to 25 years for Murder

KAUFMAN, TX- Nicholas Longoria of Terrell was found guilty of murder by a jury in the 489th District Court. The jury sentenced Longoria to 25 years in TDCJ.

KAUFMAN, TX- Nicholas Longoria of Terrell was found guilty of murder by a jury in the 489th District Court. The jury sentenced Longoria to 25 years in TDCJ.

Longoria was arrested on December 3, 2023, following an altercation at a bar in Terrell. Police said that Longoria and his girlfriend were involved in an argument with a group of men, which led to an altercation in the parking lot. During the parking lot altercation, witnesses told police Longoria shot 27-year-old Bryan Squires, also of Terrell. 

Longoria was indicted on January 12, 2024. The case is 23-50692-489-F,  The State of Texas vs. NICHOLAS LONGORIA.
