The project, which encompasses a total area of 4,767 square feet, is being privately funded by the tenant, Garrett Brown, who is excited about the upcoming changes. The remodeling plans are being executed by Landry Architects, a design firm based in Richardson, Texas.
The owner of the property is Tate/114 Shopping Center, LTD, located in Dallas. The project has already completed its review stage, paving the way for the next steps in the renovation process. Kourtney Karvas, the contact person for the owner, is overseeing the project along with the design firm.
