JAMES ALLEN POOL, 50, of Forney, was arrested on July 21, 2025, at 7:00 AM by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). Pool is facing several serious charges following a law enforcement operation that took place earlier that day.

Charges and Bail Information

Pool has been charged with the following offenses:

  • Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 1, 4 grams to less than 200 grams) - Bond: $75,000.00 (Surety Bond)

  • Bribery - Bond: $50,000.00 (Surety Bond)
